1.5 Hour Family Photo Shoot

Service Description
Often our photo albums and family portraits are some of our most treasured family mementos. They are the story books to our past and often handed down from grandparents to parents and then on to their own children. They take us back to a time and let us relive special moments in our lives together. Family photography is about togetherness. It’s about the big hugs and little kisses, the milestones and moments in between. I will gently guide you through naturally posed portraits but leave plenty of room for relaxed and playful fun. Family Photography is perfect for capturing all stages of your growing family. Single session includes: - Photoshoot guide with tips on how to prepare for the session - Email/telephone consultation to discuss ideas - 1,5 hour photoshoot in your own home and / or location - A proofing gallery of approximately 80 photographs for you to review and select your final photographs from (accessible for two weeks) - 20 fully edited photographs (provided as a digital file) - Additional photos can be purchased at £5 per photo
Cancellation Policy
Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the £50 deposit and it will serve as a cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. IfJulia Tolkaciova cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Julia Tolkaciova fails to perform for any other reason, Julia Tolkaciova will not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
