Service Description
Nine months may seem like a lifetime when growing your little one but it truly is such a short and special season of our lives. Growing a tiny human can be challenging, tiring and sometimes nauseating but it is truly magical and most certainly a time to be cherished. It is an incredible opportunity to be able look back on this time fondly and reminisce about those little baby kicks and your astonishing achievement. In years to come you will be able to show your children that beautiful time when you were growing together as one. Single session includes: - Photo-shoot guide with tips on how to prepare for the session - Email/telephone consultation to discuss ideas - 1.5 min photo-shoot in your own home and / or on location - A proofing gallery of approximately 80 photographs for you to review and select your final photographs from (accessible for two weeks) - 15 fully edited photographs (provided as a digital file) - Additional images can be purchased at £5 per photo
Cancellation Policy
Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the £50 deposit and it will serve as a cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. IfJulia Tolkaciova cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Julia Tolkaciova fails to perform for any other reason, Julia Tolkaciova will not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
